License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading Stratis UI Pro or any products sold by Stratis UI (including the free versions), you are agreeing to the terms of this license agreement. See below on what you can and cannot do with the files once your purchased.

Thank you for visiting our site. This website is owned by Stratis UI who is referred to in this policy as "Company", "we", "us" or "our". Stratis UI is owned by Mogo Designs Pty Ltd. (ABN 84 301 960 070)

The following license agreement applies to Stratis UI Pro and other products available on our website.

Overview

You are allowed to use Stratis UI Pro and other products for anything commercial, to produce client work, and create an unlimited number of client and personal projects such as websites and apps. All of this as long as you're not selling or distributing the products for free. You may also share the files with your team members so long as you've bought a Team or Enterprise license (the number of users depends on the license you bought). Sharing the files on a Single license is forbidden.

By purchasing or downloading Stratis UI, you are agreeing to the licensing agreement below.

You are allowed to:

• You may create an End Product for a client.
• You may create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
• You may publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you've bought the appropriate Team or Enterprise license. (Team and Enterprise license allows you you to give edit permissions to other team members of your company)

You are NOT allowed to:

• You can't share the item link into the web or distribute (e.g. embed) with Figma public access.
• You can't redistribute a modified or original Item with source files as a new product, in a tool or competing templates or other software frameworks.
• You can't grant rights to the files or assets within the files (in original or modified form).
• Share, distribute or publish the files or assets within the files online or with communities such as Figma.
• You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
• You can't publish the item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people if you bought the individual license.

We intend the files to be used on a good faith basis and not to be replicated and resold as competing UI kits and product templates. Free versions are available of out products for you to learn about their usage for your needs.
